Maintenance work being undertaken September 2025
1. Issue with overhanging branches from Mango Tree L Block September 2025.
The large mango tree in the property at the back of L Block has caused damage to the roof of the block. Work is being undertaken to trim back the branches and repair the roof tiles that have been damaged. A colony of bees have taken up residence in L block and contractors have been employed to safely remove the bees from the block.
2. General Maintenance
During monsoon our staff have been working hard to maintain the high standards of the complex.
