Welcome to Riviera Palms 2

I have been lucky enough to have been quite well travelled. I have enjoyed visiting many countries, enjoying their cultures and customs. Nothing comes close to the feeling of “home” that Goa brings to me, especially the village of Arpora. I truly believe that Riviera Palms 2 has a large part to play in this. Over the years it has been great to see the changes to the site, to see it grow into such a beautiful development with a lovely well kept pool and established gardens. It still makes me feel how lucky I am when I step through the gates, it’s such a welcoming sight. There is a great sense of community, with so many lovely friendships forged over the years.

Residents of the complex are required to act with consideration to other residents at all times.

In particular residents are to:

• Avoid talking loudly in open areas at night and avoid loud music at all times.
• Observe pool etiquette:

                             * Wear proper swimming attire

                             * Shower before entering the pool

                             * Not to reserve sunbeds 

                             * Not to leave towels attended on sunbeds during peak periods

                             * Use headphones if listening to music around the pool

                             * Not to bring glass / glass bottles around the pool

                             * Observe pool opening times

• Dispose of litter / cigarette butts sensibly, put garbage in the specified area and if possible put it out at night to avoid unpleasant smells at the site entrance.
• Otherwise comply with the rules & regulations of Riviera Palms 2, a copy of which should be available in each property.
